3) Myth #3 – I can get kicked out of my home at anytime
a. Fact: Not true! As long as you live in the home, pay your property taxes, homeowners insurance and keep the home in decent shape, no one can force you out. And, there is no set time frame for how long a Reverse Mortgage can be in effect
