Bob Garczewski is the National Sales Manager for SimpleReverse, a division of Luminate Bank. Bob has over 24 years of experience in the reverse mortgage business helping brokers develop and grow their business.



With a background in financial planning, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his partners in the world of marketing, relationship building and needs-based selling.

Outside of work, Bob resides in the Muncie, IN area with his wife and two children where he is involved in coaching youth sports.

Dan is the Director of Simple Reverse and has been in the mortgage business for the past 30+ years. 



He lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife Alecia of 28 years.

He has one adult daughter that lives in Florida. He enjoys everything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, tractor riding, and golf. 

Born, raised and still live in the great city of Detroit Michigan. I have been in the Reverse Mortgage Industry since 2013. Avid Sports fan and tennis player. Go Lions, Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons and Spartans. I enjoy Sunsets, long walks on the beach and a good bourbon. 

Raised in San Diego and having spent over a decade in Colorado, I bring more than 15 years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry and a deep passion for the product. Outside of work, one of my greatest joys is spending time with my grandniece who just turned one—I proudly embrace my role as “Grantee", a great-aunt and more. Family and purpose are at the heart of everything I do.

I am married to my husband Andy of 32 years, and we are empty nesters of 2 adult children. We live in Chelsea, Alabama and enjoy going to the lake, visiting our kids, going to our cabin in the country, and anywhere else we can take our sweet dog Bo.

James is a Birmingham native and graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Outside of coordinating and closing loans James can usually be found on a golf course, picking a guitar, or camping with his wife Rachael and their two dogs, Huck and Pheobe.

Seth is a Birmingham local and graduated from UAB in 2023. He spends his free time playing bass in a band here in town, as well as doing art shows with his wife Isabella, who is an artist finishing up her master’s degree to be an art teacher.

Riley is from Birmingham and a Graduate of the University of Alabama. Outside of work he enjoys attending Alabama football games, travelling, and attending concerts.

I have lived in Birmingham my whole life. Married for 34 years to my wife Ginger, we have two adult daughters and one awesome granddaughter that is 2 years old. I enjoy going to the Lake cruising on the pontoon boat, also playing golf with friends.

Married 25 years to David with 2 daughters and 2 grand babies. Avid Music and Animal Lover, I play Alto Sax for fun and feed, rescue Feral cats from the Birmingham Airport.  Sometimes, I toot my own horn and people call me the Cat Lady.
